In this class we combine the traditions of Yoga and Pilates, to create a flowing workout that will both challenge and calm you. If you are active and enjoy moving your body this is a great class for you.
This Yoga Tone, Pilates-inspired class will improve your posture and strengthen your body with small movements that make a big difference. We focus on pelvic floor muscles, hips, knees and shoulders. Suitable yoga for beginners.
The Quickie class lets me address questions that you ask. We look at special needs and how to modify postures to make the both more accessible or more challenging.
Positive thinking and Meditation are considered one of the five points of yoga.
Today's neuroscientists can study the brain like never before and what they are discovering is what yogis have known for thousands of years, meditation is good for our brain and positive thinking can change our lives.
Due to the current conditions, our classes will continue to be online. Online live classes are recorded. The recordings can be used at anytime or anywhere. Recordings are replaced each week with our current class.

What happens if I miss a yoga or Pilates class?
No worries! You can make up a missed class by attending one of my other classes at either location.
You can be preemptive and take a class ahead of time when you know you're going to miss a day.
What if I want to switch to a different class?
You can!I want you to love your class.
Can I carry my missed classes over to the next session?
When I commit to teaching a session it is based on the number of people who have signed up. It is important for me as a self employed woman to know where I stand financially. Like you I have many expenses to honour.
Can I use my 10 class pass on any class or classes I want?
Yes you can. Say you're going on holidays but you still want to come to class. You could buy a 10 class pass and come to as many classes as you can while you're in town.
