In this upbeat, fun class you'll transform your body as we combine yoga and Pilates to create a strong, flexible and well toned body.
This Gentle Yoga Tone Pilates class will improve your posture and strengthen your body with small movements that make a big difference. We focus on pelvic floor muscles, hips, knees and shoulders. Suitable yoga for beginners.

You can drop in for $20 a class
or buy a five class pass for $90

What happens if I miss a class? No worries!
You can make up a missed class by attending one of my other classes at either location. You can be preemptive and take a class ahead of time when you know you're going to miss a day.
What if I want to switch to a different class? You can!
You might find that your needs change or maybe you made the wrong choice to begin with. I want you to love your class. If that means switching than that's what we do.
Can I carry my missed classes over to the next session? NO.
When I commit to teaching a session it is based on the number of people who have signed up. It is important for me as a self employed person to know where I stand financially. Like you I have many expenses to honour.
